In order to overcome the problem of misuse by the anti-social and anti-national elements, of internet access provided to the customers by various Internet Service Providers particularly when internet access using Wi-Fi technology, Department of Telecom has issued a directive dated 23rd February, 2009 to ensure secure use of Wi-Fi based internet access under the delicensed frequency band. In this connection, TCISL has sent a communication to all its customers and this shall form the integral part of these Terms and Conditions and are applicable to all customers of TCISL, irrespective of their date of enrolment to TCISL services. Hence the WiFi connectivity deployed by the customers shall be registered with TCISL at regwifi@tatacommunications.com
