Q1. What are Validity Top Up Plans?
Ans.: Validity Top Up Plans give you only validity and not value. You continue to be on the same tariff you are currently on. You can use your existing balance on the extended validity.
We recommended you renew with these plans only if you have substantial balance in your account and need extra validity
Q2. Are the validity top up plans applicable for all customers?
Ans.: The validity top up plans are applicable if you are an - Active time/ volume based customer
- Inactive time/ volume based customer who is inactive due to validity expiry and have value left in your account
Q3. How do I renew with the validity top up plan?
Ans.: Validity top up plans are only available through online mechanism. You can renew through any of the following online mechanism.
- Credit Card
- Net Banking
Q4. I am an unlimited customer. Can I renew with any of the validity top up plans?
Ans.: No. Validity top up plans are only available for customers currently on time or volume based plans.
Q5. I have just renewed with a validity top up plan. But the plan is in anticipatory queue. When will it get activated?
Ans.: Your validity top up plan will get activated as soon as your current validity expires.
Q6. I have just renewed with a validity top up plan. But the plan is in anticipatory queue. However in the meantime, I finished the value in my plan. Can I still use the validity top up plan in queue?
Ans.: The validity top up plan will add validity to your account but you will not have any balance to access the Internet. You will need to renew with a normal tariff plan to access the Internet.
Q7. I am a volume/ time based customer and already have another volume/ time based plan in queue. Can I now I renew with the validity top up plan?
Ans.: No. Since, you already have another volume/time based plan in queue, you will not be able to renew with the validity top up plans. Since you already have a plan in queue, which gives you value and validity, you will not need a validity top up plan. Only after your volume/ time based kicks in, you will be able to renew with our validity top up plans. |
