Q1. What is the Premium PlaySchool Service?
Ans.: The Premium PlaySchool Service is a service that aims to educate and develop children in a fun yet safe environment. The service features user-friendly characters, stories games, songs and more.
Premium service members enjoy several perks and special features including:

Q2. Which age group does this service specifically cater to?
Ans.: The Premium PlaySchool Service is designed for children in the age group of 0 to 10 years.
Q3. Is it OK if my child spends lot of time on the Premium PlaySchool Service?
Ans.: You need not worry about how long your child spends on this service.
It is safe, user-friendly and a truly fun place to keep learning. Your child also gets two key benefits, including:
Computer Literacy
Computer literacy is an essential skill in the digital age. Your child learns how to use a computer and this gives him/her a significant head start in their future education.
Skill Development
The service helps children to develop specific skills in an environment that keeps them engaged and entertained. Multimedia is a powerful complimentary tool to traditional learning. Children remember what they learn due to memorable media like animation, sounds and interactivity.
Q4. Is most of the content within this service educational?
Ans.: Yes, most of the content within the Premium PlaySchool Service is educational in nature. More importantly, your child also has fun.
To help you get the most from this service, easy to understand icons have been created. These icons are sorted into three colour-coded categories:
• Green icons indicate motor skill development
• Blue icons indicate intellectual agility development
• Orange icons indicate computer literacy development
Red icons indicate that your presence / supervision may be necessary.

Q5. What are the subscription options for the Premium PlaySchool Service?
Ans.: Subscription to the Premium PlaySchool Service is available in three options:
• Monthly Plan: Rs. 65 for 30 days’ access
• Quarterly Plan: Rs. 175 for 90 days’ access
• Half Yearly Plan: Rs. 325 for 180 days’ access
Service tax @10.20% will be applicable on each pack.
Q6. Will any tax be applicable on my subscription fee?
Ans.: Yes, Service tax @ 10.2% is applicable.
For Prepaid subscribers the tax quotient will be apportioned from the pack value, so the subscription price will be Rs 65 only.
For Post Paid subscribers the tax quotient will be added to the next monthly bill.
Q7. What is the auto-renew option?
Ans.: The Auto Renew option, if selected during the purchase, will ensure that your subscription gets renewed automatically every month. This feature is for your convenience; you need not remember to renew every month. However, if you would prefer to renew your subscription manually, please leave the box unchecked.
Q8. Is it difficult to cancel my subscription to the Premium PlaySchool Service?
Ans.: Please note that we do not offer any refunds once you have already subscribed to a plan. Subscriptions are however not renewed automatically, unless you opted for the ‘Auto Renew’ option at the time of purchase.
To cancel the ‘Auto Renew’ option, follow these simple steps:
a) Click on the “Cancel” link against the service which you want to cancel
b) You shall be provided with details of the expiry dates through an e-mail.
c)
You always have the option to continue using the Premium PlaySchool Service for the entire period of the subscription as long as you are Tata Indicom Broadband user.
Q9. Am I eligible for a refund if I don't use the service?
Ans.:No. While we encourage our subscribers to make as much use as possible of the many facets of Premium PlaySchool Service, we do not issue refunds to subscribers who feel that they have not fully utilized the service. Billing is based solely on provision of access, not on usage of the site.
