Q1. What is the Night Unlimited plan?
Ans.: The Night Unlimited plan is an add on plan that allows you to use the Tata Indicom broadband connection for free between 9 p.m. to 9 a.m. This means that you will not be charged for any downloads, uploads and for the time that you spend on the internet.
Night unlimited plan is only offered on time based prepaid plans.
Q2. What are the charges for the Night Unlimited plan?
Ans.: The subscription charge for the Night Unlimited plan is Rs. 299 per month. The amount will be deducted from the prepaid account.
Q3. The Night Unlimited plan can be used as an add on plan with which other plans?
Ans.: The Night Unlimited plan can be used with all Time based prepaid plans. Customers on Unlimited or Volume based plans will not be able to activate this plan.
Q4. How do I activate/deactivate?
Ans.: a. You can activate/deactivate the Night Unlimited plan in any of the following ways:
- Login to the ‘My Tariff Plan’ section in ‘My Account’ and activate/deactivate the Night Unlimited Plan

- Call the call centre. The customer service executive will activate/deactivate the plan after verifying your details i.e. username and installation address.

Q5. How will I get charged if I want to activate the Night Unlimited plan?
Ans.: Rs. 299 will get deducted from your account balance immediately. This plan will be valid for a period of 1 month from the date of activation.
Q6. How do I renew my Night Surfing Plan?
Ans.: The night surfing plan has an auto renew functionality provided your account is active on a Time based plan and you have sufficient balance.
Q7. What will happen to my Night Unlimited plan if I wish to change or renew with an Unlimited plan/ Volume based plan?
Ans.: When your Unlimited/ Volume renewal plan becomes active, your Night Unlimited plan is automatically deactivated. However, please note that no charges that have been deducted for the Night Unlimited plan will be credited back to your account.
Q8. I deactivated my Night Unlimited plan in the middle of the month – will I get part of my money back?
Ans.: No. The Night Unlimited plan is a feature that we are providing against a minimum monthly commitment. Hence, we recommend that you enjoy this feature for the entire duration. However, if you choose to deactivate this service in the middle of the month, the plan will remain active till the end of the plan month.
Q9. What if I don’t have sufficient balance in my account or if I am inactive the day the charges towards the Night Unlimited plan is due to get deducted?
Ans.: If the balance in your account is insufficient or you are inactive the day the charges towards the Night Unlimited plan is due to get deducted, then the Night Unlimited plan will automatically get deactivated. You will have to subscribe to the service again once you are active or have sufficient balance. We recommend that you avail of our anticipatory renewal feature and renew your account well in advance. With anticipatory renewal, your renewal plan does not get activated immediately – it gets activated only when your current plan expires. This ensures that you enjoy the full validity of your current plan. So, go ahead and renew in advance to enjoy uninterrupted connectivity. Q10. My connection was down for 7 days – will the downtime credit include the prorata of the rental for the Night Unlimited plan too?
Ans.: Yes. Downtime credit will also be given on the night unlimited plan. Please contact customer service in your city for any downtime complaint
