2. Open an internet browser page on your Wi-Fi device and type any url in the address bar. You will get a Tata Indicom Wi-Fi welcome page

3. Enter your Tata Indicom Wi-Fi user name or serial number and password and click on login. You are now connected to Tata Indicom Wi-Fi

Ans: Tata Indicom Wi-Fi works on the 802.11 b/g technology and supports speeds up to 54 Mbps. But the throughput is governed by the bandwidth available at the location and speed at which your device is connected.

Ans: Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0 Wi-Fi hotspot network is categorized in different billing zones across the country and the access rate varies across all the billing zones.

5 Star, 3 Star Hotels and Exhibition Centers have an additional set of tariff Plans, including unlimited access tariff Plans that are applicable at that specific site.

You will be billed as per the access rate prevailing at the hotspot where you are using the service. The money will be deducted from your prepaid account and the account balance or validity will reduce proportionately. If you have a postpaid account, the amount will be added in your monthly bill.

Q9. I am at a hotspot which has special unlimited access Plans. How can I use these Plans?

Ans: You can choose the required Plan from the Plan options on the logout page. The amount corresponding to the Plan will be deducted from your Tata Indicom Broadband 2.0 account and the value or validity will reduce proportionately. If you have a postpaid account, the amount will be added in your next month’s postpaid bill.
