   • Time taken by the Field Engineering and the Cable Contractors to ascertain the Installation feasibility of the cable, which is dependent on the terrain and Co-operation by Local authority and people in providing permission to lay the cable.
     
   • The actual time taken by the Cable contractor to lay the cable after ascertaining the feasibility .
     
   • The actual time taken by the Field Engineering team to install the equipment at the customer's premises and test the connection.
