  1. Can I change my existing CPE (customer premises equipment)?
    You can change your existing CPE i.e. if you have a USB Modem as the existing CPE you can change to a Router.You will be required to pay a one time CPE change fees

  2. What are the charges for change of CPE?

  3. Do I own the DSL Router that is provided to me at the time of installation of connection?

    The DSL Router is provided to you on an "Operative lease" basis and is the property of VSNL. The DSL Router has to be returned back to VSNL in case you wish to terminate the connection.

  4. Can I change from one post-paid plan to the other post-paid plan?

    Yes. You can change from one post-paid plan to any other post-paid plan. You will NOT be required to pay any Plan change fee for changing to a new Post-paid plan

    You can request for a plan change by logging onto the My Account section. The plan change will come into effect from the next billing cycle.

  5. My connection has been deactivated. How do I reactivate my connection?

    If you wish to be re-activated, you need to pay reconnection fees of Rs 250/- in addition to the outstanding amount payable. (Service Tax will be applicable on the reconnection fees).

  6. Can I shift my Tata Indicom Broadband connection to a new location?

    You may shift your connection to a new location if the new location is confirmed as feasible by Tata Indicom Broadband. You will have to pay a One-time Shifting charge.

    Please call the customer service number in your city to request for a shift of location. Once the feasibility of the new location is confirmed, you will need to submit the Shift of Location form , duly filled along with the charges. You can download the Additional Services form here.

  7. What are the charges for shifting of the connection to a new location?
