Ans.: With every Router connection 1 Static IP is provided free. If you wish to avail additional Static Ips you will be charged Rs 2,000/- (service tax extra) per annum per static IP.

Ans.: You can apply for additional Static IPs by logging into the ‘My Services‘ page in the My Account section.
